Delete your VarenChat account
This page explains how VarenChat users can request deletion of their account and related data.
You can request deletion in the VarenChat app when you are signed in, or contact [email protected] if you cannot access your account.

How to request deletion
In the VarenChat app, sign in to the account you want deleted, then go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject Account Deletion Request. Include your registered email address or user ID so we can verify the account before deletion.
For your privacy and security, we may ask for additional information to confirm that you control the account before completing the request.
Data we delete
When a verified account deletion request is completed, we delete account profile data, personal profile details, chat history, character and scene preferences, user-generated app content, saved app settings, and active login session data associated with the VarenChat account.
Deleting your VarenChat account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Google Play, Apple App Store, or another payment provider. Please cancel any active subscription through the store where you purchased it.
Data we may retain
We may retain transaction records, subscription and billing records, payment-provider identifiers, customer support records, safety records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, dispute records, and records we are required to keep for legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory reasons.
Retained records are limited to what is necessary for those purposes and are not used to provide an active VarenChat account after deletion is completed.
Retention periods
We generally process verified account deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification, security review, legal obligations, or technical limitations require more time.
Records kept for legal, tax, payment, dispute, safety, or fraud-prevention reasons may be retained only as long as necessary for those purposes, and up to 7 years where required by applicable law or payment platform obligations.
